Founded in 2013, the festival has grown into one of Ras Al Khaimah’s flagship cultural events and, in recent editions, has evolved into the broader Ras Al Khaimah Art platform with year round grants, workshops, and community programmes.
For the 2026 edition, it runs from 16 January to 8 February 2026 at Al Jazeera Al Hamra Heritage Village, turning the historic lanes into an immersive art destination.
The programme blends visual art with film, music, performance, and participatory elements that invite residents, visitors, and families to engage, not just observe.
Overall, it is designed as a meeting point where heritage and contemporary creativity connect through exhibitions, talks, workshops, and cross cultural experiences.
